Michelle joined the firm in August 2018 as a conveyancing assistant within the QCAS transactional team before moving to Plot Sales

Michelle works predominantly with volume part-exchange buy-in matters while assisting with other pre-completion issues for the Plot Sales team.

Michelle qualified as a conveyancing paralegal under Scottish Law at Strathclyde University in 1992 and has gained a very wide and varied knowledge of freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered legal titles, residential and commercial conveyancing over her 27 years’ experience.

Michelle is currently undergoing further training with Shulmans through the Conveyancing Academy on a paralegal training programme.
