Emma is a partner is our Dispute Resolution team. She is known for being exceptionally client focused, commercial in her approach and for achieving outstanding results. Emma has a revered reputation as a negotiator but also provides robust representation for her clients in Court when settlement is not possible.
Before joining the firm, Emma ran her own commercial law firm in Sheffield. She also has valuable commercial experience as a former director of an import business which she undertook alongside her legal interests. Her commercial approach has enabled her to build a strong network of loyal clients.
Emma acts for a diverse client base but has particular expertise in the manufacturing, commodities and professional sectors. Whilst she considers her specialisms to be contractual and boardroom disputes, her experience is wide ranging, including:

Emma is a Trustee of the Include Foundation which delivers sporting activities into schools; its wider objectives include educating and encouraging children to be more active and to live more healthy lives.
