As the firm’s internal recruiter, Dan provides support on all recruitment and resource related matters. He is the first port of call for all enquiries regarding vacancies and opportunities.
Dan oversees a number of different aspects of the recruitment process, including direct advertising, coordinating and screening applications, managing third party relationships, setting internal processes and providing interview support.
Dan has extensive recruitment experience gained through managing both recruitment agencies and internal recruitment functions. He has gained successful results in recruiting for volume campaigns, senior appointments and specialist posts, while always providing a friendly and professional support service to his colleagues.
Dan has recently introduced assessment centres and personality profiling into the recruitment process and is exploring new ways to raise Shulmans’ employer branding. The assessment centres have proven to be highly successful, with one candidate saying “I would be really keen to work for Shulmans, the Assessment Centre was such a lovely day, we were made to feel so welcome and it seems like such an amazing work environment.
