Charlotte is a corporate lawyer experienced in advising clients across of variety of corporate transactions.
Charlotte deals with all aspects of corporate work including:
- acquisitions and disposals;
- MBOs and MBIs;
- corporate governance matters;
- shareholders agreements and articles of association;
- mergers; and
- group reorganisations.
Charlotte works with a broad range of clients, from small owner-managed businesses to large corporates in a variety of sectors, providing pragmatic, commercially focused and relevant advice. She enjoys working closely with her clients to develop a good understanding of their business’ needs.
Charlotte completed her training contract in March 2019, gaining experience in commercial, employment and commercial property law to assist with her understanding of the wider corporate transaction.
