Jim serves on the board of Interlegal and his international expertise means he has recently spoken at events in Russia, Luxembourg, Montreal, Barcelona, New York and Thessaloniki. Jim is also the editor of “Legal and Tax issues around the world – starting and growing a business” a comparative guide as to company formation, operation and taxation in 18 jurisdictions.
Jim’s litigation practice is primarily defending employers against complex employment litigation matters. A recent example from 2019 is his successful defence of Ghana International Bank Plc against a claim for £6million by an ex-director.
