What do we mean by bespoke pricing and workflow?

We will work with you to identify your debt recovery issues and objectives and a pricing model which works for you. We will then design a process that fits precisely with your objectives and your business.

What are the benefits of this?

The fact that we don’t adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach means that the recovery rates tend to be higher and speedier. You will also be clear on what the cost of the process is.

The development of a bespoke workflow also enables us to pin-point areas for potential improvement in your credit control, billing, or sales process. And, should you wish us to do so, we will then work with you to make improvements (for example we may propose that your terms and conditions should be more robust).

Do we actually have to pay anything? Could it effectively be a free service?

We have pricing models which operate on the basis of our costs being calculated as a percentage of the amount recovered. This may mean that you will not have to pay anything unless some or all of the debt is recovered. 

Additionally, we may be able to include our fee as part of the outstanding debt, meaning that the service would, effectively, be conducted on ‘cost neutral’ basis. This will improve your cashflow as well as manage the cost of the recovery of the debt. Please contact us to explore the options available.
