Issues arising in respect of disputed wills and estates require a tactful and tenacious approach. Eleanor is able to bring these qualities to bear, alongside a thorough technical understanding of this complex area of law on behalf of those bringing a claim against an estate or who wish to dispute a will. She has particular experience of making claims to remove or substitute executors where there is evidence of maladministration of the estate. Eleanor is also able to advise both lay and professional executors as to claims made against the estate or them personally. In addition as a member of our dispute resolution team, Eleanor provides effective support to clients in respect of commercial disputes.
