BCO Northern Awards 2017 and NextGen Committee tour
Richard Robinson, an associate and member of the Shulmans Property Litigation team, will be attending the BCO Northern Awards 2017, which will be taking place in Manchester on 5 April 2017.
These awards celebrate excellence in office space across the North of England, North Wales and Northern Ireland.
On the same day, Richard and the BCO NextGen Committee for North England and North Wales (of which Richard is a member) will be organising a tour of three new office developments in Manchester. The tour will take in Allied London’s XYZ Building, No.1 Spinningfields and Catalyst Capital’s Arkwright House. To book your place on this tour, please visit the BCO's website.
The BCO (British Council for Offices) is Britain's leading forum for the discussion and debate of issues affecting the office sector. Its mission is to research, develop and communicate best practice to create more effective office spaces. It gathers a variety of involved stakeholders such as architects, lawyers, surveyors, financial institutions and public agencies involved in creating, acquiring or occupying office space.
Following the results of the Northern Awards, the winners from the various regional awards (Northern, Scottish, London, Midlands & Central England, South of England & South Wales) will then compete in their categories at a national level and also bid to win the property sector's respected BCO 'Best of the Best' award. The National Awards Dinner will be held on Tuesday 3 October at the Grosvenor House, AJW Marriott Hotel, in London.
Further details about the BCO Northern Awards 2017 can be found on the BCO's website. For any other information about the BCO, please contact Richard Robinson. Richard is a member of the BCO and of its NextGen Committee for North England and North Wales.
