Have you got what it takes to become a Shulmans lawyer?
We are very proud of the reputation that Shulmans has established since the early 1980s and of the standards of excellence that we have achieved.
However, we cannot rest on our laurels. Our clients judge us not just on what we did yesterday, but on what we do today and tomorrow. We must therefore continue to deliver excellent service at all times. This is why it is so important that we recruit trainees who share our goals and philosophy.
This principle guides our approach to recruitment - we strive to find the best people who will help us to shape the Shulmans of the future.
Our trainee solicitors are of the highest calibre. Ryan Adams, who is now a member of the Shulmans commercial team, was crowned 'Trainee Solicitor of the Year' at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2016.

Several of our trainee solicitors started their careers with us as paralegals, and went on to secure a training contract at our firm. Further information about their journey from paralegal to trainee can be found here.
